This is a 6 step process that starts with a free consultation and ends with your build. Click above for the full process.

The Process Of How It Works

Step One: Get your initial free consultation.

Step Two: Arrange a meeting to measure and survey your property at a time that suits you. It is at this time I will inform you of the approximate fee for the work involved and the Council fee for the application.

Step Three: If planning permission is needed, drawings will be produced including all of your requirements. When I have this information and completed the survey of the building I will prepare the draft plans to show you. This will give you the opportunity to view the proposed room layout and make any adjustments you might deem necessary. When you are happy with these plans I will produce the elevations and show them to you.

Step Four: It is only when you have seen and approved these plans I will produce the final plans for submitting your planning or building control application. On your behalf the drawings will be submitted to your Local Planning Authority.

Step Five: As soon as the planning permission is obtained for your project, all building regulations will be produced and submitted to your local Building Control Officer.

Step Six: If you haven’t arranged already, I can recommend experience local building companies.
