My name is Graham Jones and I am an Architectural Technician who is based in Newquay, but I cover the whole of Cornwall and West Devon.

Studying at Llandaff College, Cardiff I was able to work with the finest architectural firm through the Julian Hodge Group, initially getting involved with petrol stations, housing estates and holiday parks. Since 2000 I have been providing experienced knowledge and expertise within the construction industry.

I provide plans for planning applications and building regulations for extensions, loft or barn conversions, renovation of buildings, dwellings or flats and new buildings. I have provided plans for holiday homes and supervised the works in the absence of my client due to the fact they live away from the area. My experience in the construction industry will help you in the process of obtaining the extension or conversion that is right for you and your family.

My services include a site consultation so we can discuss your ideas for the extension or conversion. I will give you guidance on what I consider is feasible in relation to any planning application if needed. Also you can let me know what space and room layout you will require in the proposed extension and if any alteration to existing rooms will be needed.
